This 1300mm coil polishing line is built for thin-gauge stainless steel coils below 1.0mm thickness — material that is easily distorted by conventional handling and leveling equipment.
A 6-high leveler flattens the thin coil before polishing, so the strip enters the polishing section flat and stable. The production video shows how the thin coils are flattened and polished to a consistent, high-quality surface finish.
The line runs in continuous coil-to-coil mode for producers working with precision thin-gauge stainless steel strip.
