This 1600mm coil-to-coil polishing line delivers No.4, Scotch-Brite and hairline finishes on wide stainless steel coils in one continuous production process. Instead of handling sheets one by one, the strip runs continuously from decoiling to recoiling, so the finish is applied evenly along the full length and width of every coil.
The line covers the three most specified brushed finishes for stainless steel coil. No.4 provides the classic directional satin finish, Scotch-Brite produces a soft, low-gloss satin texture, and hairline creates a fine, continuous linear grain — all achievable on the same coil-to-coil line.
Surface consistency is the key advantage of the continuous process: the documented production video shows a uniform, high-quality surface achieved across the full 1600mm coil width, coil after coil.
